seller wrote the wrong address on the shipment, it was returned to the sender eBay customer support incorrectly decided that the shipment was delivered, but they did not notice it back to the sender and not to my address. (incredibly!!!) I explained everything to the seller, including detailed tracking of shipments on the DPD website The seller does not want to deal with the situation, although it is now clear to him that I did not receive the shipment The seller is behaving dishonestly in a problematic situation because he caused the non-delivery by typing my address incorrectly it is not possible to appeal in writing against an erroneous decision, only a callback can be requested, which unfortunately only works in the UK, because no other international prefix can be chosen I want to ask for advice if someone has a similar experience
