Seller being very rude and giving unneeded racial abuse

I need help I bought an item off a seller that is giving abusive comments. How do I report this to eBay to proceed with action. This seller has also sent me abusive comments in another language . I am currently using a different account to not see these unwanted comments.

Ebay won't be interested, they removed way to report this a while ago.

If you feel threatened, contact Police on 101.

Ebay should be interested if another member is giving you racial abuse through Ebay messages.

Go to contact us at the bottom of the page and if you can get through to an operative whether its by call us back or live chat, translate the comments for them if they do not understand the language used. 

When you contact them sign in with your other account as if pushed Ebay can and will read the messages  

I know how hard racial abuse is hard to receive (having been on the receiving end myself) but remember racism is for the ignorant and uneducated.
