- seller wrote the wrong address on the shipment, it was returned to the sender
- eBay customer support incorrectly decided that the shipment was delivered, but they did not notice it back to the sender and not to my address. (incredibly!!!)
- I explained everything to the seller, including detailed tracking of shipments on the DPD website
- The seller does not want to deal with the situation, although it is now clear to him that I did not receive the shipment
- The seller is behaving dishonestly in a problematic situation because he caused the non-delivery by typing my address incorrectly
- it is not possible to appeal in writing against an erroneous decision, only a callback can be requested, which unfortunately only works in the UK, because no other international prefix can be chosen
I want to ask for advice if someone has a similar experience
