Hi all,   I ordered something for my Dads birthday earlier in the week there. Several days after ordering it, the Ebay seller cancelled my order and refunded me in Paypal without any messages or explanations.   The refund they have given in Paypal is incorrect and i am still owed money back for a full refund.   I contacted the seller and requested the rest of my refund but they are not responding.   What is the best way to resolve this? When i've tried to contact Ebay to ask for help it just takes me to help topics which don't cover this, or this forum but it seems peaking to an actual staff member for advice is next to impossible.  ... Dear All   I sent off a parcel of fabric on 14 June, via Hermes.  I can clearly see on the tracking system that the parcel is recorded as delivered on 18 June and there is a photo of it being accepted at the door of a block of flats.   The customer is now saying it has not been delivered.     I have messaged him via Ebay and given the tracking number to him.  So far, he has not replied back to this.   What should I do next? ...
