Incorrect Refund After Seller Cancelled Order

Hi all,

I ordered something for my Dads birthday earlier in the week there.

Several days after ordering it, the Ebay seller cancelled my order and refunded me in Paypal without any messages or explanations.

The refund they have given in Paypal is incorrect and i am still owed money back for a full refund.

I contacted the seller and requested the rest of my refund but they are not responding.

What is the best way to resolve this?

When i've tried to contact Ebay to ask for help it just takes me to help topics which don't cover this, or this forum but it seems peaking to an actual staff member for advice is next to impossible.

Open ebay case for not received, escalate after 3 working days, ebay will sort full refund.

It's not possible to open an Ebay case for it not being received because the seller cancelled the order. This prevents you opening any kind of dispute or case against the seller or the item via the usual methods.

Id selelr cancelled correctly, then all money should be refunded.

Not sure if cancelled correctly, but they cancelled for sure and the refund was only partial. I managed to chat to Ebay about this who have managed to set a resolution in motion.
