I bought an item, realised it wouldn't fit so I returned it (tracked) to the seller. Royal Mail has confirmed that it has been signed for on their end but the seller refuses to refund me saying they never received it. Because I paid for a return label instead of going through Ebay I can't figure out how to get the seller to refund me.
