Bought windgoo ebike from a seller battery want charging properly after 8 weeks niw only 17 weeks dont charge at all this was alot of money I contacted seller he expected me pay for new battery when battery is under warranty for at least a year then he told me contact manufacturer the manufacturer won't answer my emails or phone messages now I'm left with a bike I can't use and feel seller is messing me about
Warranties are only as good as your ability to use it. They do only cover the Original Purchaser not if the Item is then Sold on again.
You are out of time to use the Ebay Money Back Guarantee which is 30 days from Delivery. Pay Pal only cover Items which are Faulty on Delivery.
So sorry but you will have to replace the Battery at your own Cost.
Ebay and paypal money back guarantees are for items that are not as described when they arrive
and not a warranty.
Any warranty is between you and the seller.
If they are business in the UK then contact Citizens Advice for their help.
If overseas or a private seller then there is nothing you can do.
