Hello, Having sold 2 items (£35.00 each) I expected to see £70.00 in my Ebay account, yet what I found was £57.00. Hi all   About 18 months ago I bought a product costing 300 us dollars from an apparently rosbust and much used seller on e-bay. The seller is very much active today.   I was sent no product. I have contacted them several times, at first they blamed the pandemic, but now of course I realise the seller is comitting fraud.   Not beeing in a hurry, I trusted that our correspondance would help me follow up the case, but now I do not even find these old messages on my profile anymore! I have been holding a draft overnight to complete today and want to schedule the listing to start tonight, but the date and day are wrong ??? The buyer has contacted me to say they have not got the item I posted out to them.  I sent it signed for Royal Mail 1st class.  I have checked on their track and trace and it says the item has been received and signed for.  The buyer has checked with neighbours but they did not sign for it.  I cannot put a claim in with Royal Mail as they need a receipt proving how much my item was worth, but I don't have one.  What do you suggest I should do, do I have to refund the buyer and lose the money and item? ...
