Hey guys, I won auctions on Sunday 27 June, for a few items from the same seller, I also had a couple of auctions ongoing with the same seller. On Monday the seller updated the status of the won items to dispatched and provided a tracking number, however when I follow that tracking number it says 'we are expecting the parcel' meaning the seller has created the tracking but then hasn't taken the items to the drop off point, on Tuesday I checked my other auctions with the same seller only to find they had vanished, no communication from the seller as to why, I then check the items that had been previously dispatched only to find that their information was still the same as the day before, on Wednesday I checked again and it was still the same, I contacted the seller to find out what was happening, no response. I then checked today to find the same situation, no update to the tracking, no response to my messages. I checked the reviews for the seller only to find a recent one stating that the seller had became difficult to deal with and they should be avoided and another stating that the issue with the seller was solved after a review about the seller got their attention and they responded and dealt with the situation. So I followed suit in filing feedback regarding the poor service received in the hopes of provoking a response, so far no response, I also messaged them with as of yet, no reply. What can I do in this situation? As since they filed the tracking for the items, which I suspect will not be followed through with, ebays system won't allow me to request them to step in until the items due date has passed, even though it has been 3 working days since the issue started. Where do I stand? As I have seen this sort of thing happen before where a seller gets their money but then goes dark in order to use ebay as a quick line of credit. Any thoughts?
