We are supply items for Euro 2020 and therefore turnaround anddelivery times are critical at the moment   We have increased the prices of some of our items and including FREE ROYAL MAIL 24 delivery  & same day order processing but ebay is displaying to the custer free 3 day delivery, estimated delivery Thursday  - this is for orders being placed on a Sunday.   On our other listings with FREE RM 48 delivery we have given the customers options of RM24 Tracked and Parcel Force 24 but Ebay is not showing these options.   This vital information not being displayed to customners is costing us a lot of sales at a very important time  - any suggestions would be much appreciated. ... HI,  Can someone please help. I purchased a item from a seller and the item has not arrived it has been over 30days. I sent a message to the seller near the order time, but no response.  I think the seller does'nt exist anymore and i would like to know what happen to the item and i would like a full refund. Hello! I sent a brand new dress to a client a month ago. She recived it on 7.06.  I have 14 days retun policy. Yesterday I received the dress back. Returns never bother me but this time the dress was visibly worn, with dirty nechline inside, torn on the armpit area, few scraches on the front neckline and on the back, near the zipper. This has never happened to me before. It is impossible to resell this dress because it should be washed and it has scratches. It is not new. The condition is worn with defects. And it is not a cheap dress.  I invested in that dress. I cannot contact eBay today, I will try tomorrow. What should I do.  I am really shocked.
