HI,
Can someone please help. I purchased a item from a seller and the item has not arrived it has been over 30days. I sent a message to the seller near the order time, but no response.
I think the seller does'nt exist anymore and i would like to know what happen to the item and i would like a full refund.
Does anyone have the Ebay customer telephone number so i can speak to a advisor over the phone and try and get a resolution to my problem.

If it's over 30 days from the estimated delivery date then it's too late to do anything via ebay. And if the seller has been suspended by ebay it's usually not possible anyway. But you can open a case with Paypal if you used them.
So if you paid using Paypal open a "not received" case here:

Escalate it after 2 days and before 20 days.
