We are supply items for Euro 2020 and therefore turnaround anddelivery times are critical at the moment
We have increased the prices of some of our items and including FREE ROYAL MAIL 24 delivery & same day order processing but ebay is displaying to the custer free 3 day delivery, estimated delivery Thursday - this is for orders being placed on a Sunday.
On our other listings with FREE RM 48 delivery we have given the customers options of RM24 Tracked and Parcel Force 24 but Ebay is not showing these options.
This vital information not being displayed to customners is costing us a lot of sales at a very important time - any suggestions would be much appreciated.
