Have been trying for 3 days to get into Nectar but it goes straight to Ebay Bucks on ebay.com.  Bought something last night for £8.99 and now it seems I have 9 Ebay Bucks and not Nectar points. It just switches to US when I try to get into Nectar.     I have posted this on the Techy board on Saturday, but had no replies, so am hoping someone here may know what to do.   Anyone any ideas how to fix this please?  Many thanks.   ... I have finally found out why you can't find " Have us call you" As I have previously mentione d issues with concierge which I have been with for a number of years.  I have always said they are great people to sort your problems out. Today I spoke to the team and I asked the same question why has "Have us call you back " been removed.  I was stunned with the reply  "DIDN'T MEET CONCIERGE  CRITERIA, So all those who can't find it at the bottom of the page have been removed.  ... Made a purchase today, witch was held from my bank for safety reasons. Ebay didn't account for the order, because of card issues.  After a call to my bank, they let go of the payment, money was taken from my debit card, but still Ebay dosn't account for my purchase. I dont have any order confirmation.  I massage the seller to check if everything will be allright, but still no aswer. What should i do? ... View more

I brought a Cordless Reciprocating Saw in January for when i moved house . I put the battery in the Ryobi saw and used it for the first time in June 27th 2001 and it worked i used it for 20 seconds and then put it away i went to use it the next day and it would not work so i changed the battery for a fully chared battery and still didn't work.  I phoned Ryobi UK under warrenty and they have told me that Ryobi tools that are brought from USA are not covered over here under there 2 year garrentee . I think Ebay should make customers aware that when they buy tools from abroad they have no warrenty. I need to contact buyers and sellers to let them know about parcels / collections etc but have been unable to do so for weeks because the "contact buyers" tab on the left takes me to the messages page   I have contacted ebay twice by phone and they say it is a technical problem and they are working to resolve it.
