I'm trying to return a parcel with multi items as ebay list them separately and I cant find a way to just return the package with out going to each separate item is there anyway to do this and get a refund
No each Item has an exclusive Item Number. You need to open an EBay Returns Case in the Resolution Centre for each one. If the Items are not as Described. A UK Seller has to generate the Returns Label through each Case.
