I need to contact buyers and sellers to let them know about parcels / collections etc but have been unable to do so for weeks because the "contact buyers" tab on the left takes me to the messages page
I have contacted ebay twice by phone and they say it is a technical problem and they are working to resolve it. This has been going on for some time but the problem has not been resolved
Is anyone else having the same problem?
