I seem to have an issue with a seller not wanting to cancel the order. I placed an order which was listed Free Postage, but in the description it had Collection Only. I missed that part, but noticed straight away after the order was placed,so I contacted the seller and apologised and explained. The seller answered rude saying that I am a waste of time person and didn't cancel the order. E-Bay's only support was an automated service and I don't know what to do, given that I have already contacted the seller three times. He didn't move a muscle, so canceling shouldn't be a problem, it's not like he posted the order or anything... What can I do?  ... View more
