When adding credit and debit cards for automatic payments, it does not accept them and asks for another card, I tried a few and all gave the same error, how can I solve it?

You will have much difficulty in selling, setting and Verifying an accepted payment method using a UK registered account from Turkey.   

Suggest an account transfer to; or open an account in the Global/International > www.ebay.com < USA $$s site >
