i bought pair scandals from seller in manchester englang they are supposed to be a size 3 they are more like a size 5 seller said i can return them but he will not provide the manchster england uk return address he wants me to send them to an address in china and said i have to pay return postage which will cost more than double the cost of scandals can any one please tell me how to contact ebay to get them to step in as i have been trying to phone and email them all week and can not get threw to them even tryed live chat just the same no one will answer.

Hi... I purchased a large ottoman blanket storage from a seller and recieved a tatty piece of material through the post to delivery address.... because I was so angry I opted for a return and refund instead of waiting until the 16th and opting for item not recieved... is there another way around this thing?

I only want to sell one item. It tells me I need a sellers history to sell but won't lket me sell. How is it possible? Then there is no contact for Ebay I don't have a shop or lots of items to sell

Hello - someone who was bidding on one of my items has sent me abusive messages accusing me of bidding on my own items in order to drive up the bidding. This simply isn't true, I listed the item for 99p and let the market forces do their work. The person accused me of being greedy and abusing the system and said they were reporting me to eBay. How do I report this person as they werent the actual buyer of the item so I cant link them to one of my sold items? But I think this should be stopped. This person has only been a member since Jan but could really upset someone. Many Thanks
