i bought pair scandals from seller in manchester englang they are supposed to be a size 3 they are more like a size 5 seller said i can return them but he will not provide the manchster england uk return address he wants me to send them to an address in china and said i have to pay return postage which will cost more than double the cost of scandals can any one please tell me how to contact ebay to get them to step in as i have been trying to phone and email them all week and can not get threw to them even tryed live chat just the same no one will answer.

Just to clarify did you open an Item Not As Described Case? Seller Pays the Return Postage if in UK.

If you opened a Change of Mind/Item does not Fit Return - Buyer Pays Return Tracked Postage

After 3 full days you can escalated the not as described case to eBay.

You should have the option to ask EBay to Step in after 4 days. The Seller is trying to put you off. You only have to Return them to the UK Address. If he doesn't generate the Returns Label Ebay will just Refund you.
