Cancel return

Does anyone know how to cancel a return request that has been accepted?

Why are you wanting to cancel. Once closed it cannot be reopened so I hope you are not relying on a promise, as it cannot be enforced. Why do you say case has been accepted, only a change of mind return needs accepting by a private seller, all other cases the seller has no choice as it is automatic.

Cases are closed by goint#g to the Resolution Centre at foot o most pages and find te case and close it.

Why do you want to cancel a return?

If you are the buyer and a seller has offered you a refund if you close the return case do not do it, it's a trick to get you to close the case so they don't have to give you anything.
