I sold two items to one person, so dispatched them in the same envelope. I have already sent a refund for the second postage cost. When I had dispatched the items, I went into the app and marked them as sent. As they had been sold to the same buyer, I was able to do this for both items together. The Ebay app continued to show the item as "Paid - dispatch now" and I couldn't see a way to make it say otherwise. Going into the page for each item, there was no further option to mark either as dispatched. It looks like it got confused as both items went together. Then I found I could just remove the items from my "send now" list. I did this, and poof, it's disappeared from everything. Ebay still knows the bids were won and I have an order number, but it's not showing in my recently sold list. The number of recent orders in my account has decreased by one. I'm now worried I won't get paid for them. Does anyone know how I can get them back? Thanks.
