I haven't sold much on ebay and this is the first time having someone open a return on me, so any help is much appreciated. I sold a laptop on the 07/06/21 and it was delivered on 09/06/21. Today I received a return request from the seller stating that it is "not working or defective". They say "something is wrong with motherboard, before keyboard and mouse stop working and then start itself. WiFi signal is very weak". Some of that doesn't really make sense but whatever.   Bearing in mind I'm a private seller, and this is now 32 days since delivery, do I have to give the buyer a refund? Ebay have already put future funds on hold but I do have the option of declining the refund. ... View more

Hi, I've noticed a change in listing presention in the Test and Measurement equipment category. Previously, there were various options selectable, such as time remaining, seller, and more, but this has been removed, allowing no options at all. Just presented with a list, with what looks like default image size, fixed items per page, no end time and no seller id.  I don't notice this in other pages of interest, but it is very inconvenient, as I scan some categories every day. I purchased 2 items from the same seller so it was processed as a combined payment. eBay have removed the item listing for some reason, I wish to return the items as they were mis-described on the listing but am unable to contact the buyer as all the seller details appear to have been removed from eBay. It had also been impossible to speak to anyone at eBay. Because it was a combined purchase there is only one valid reference number and as eBay have partially refunded me, it won't allow me to use the same reference to obtain the remainder of what I paid.  ...
