Hello i sold an item. Сustomer received it (RR900181378LV ) here is the tracking number. But the refund from the customer is still open. I told him to close the refund because he received the item. If he is not responding to me, what can i do ? And how to not lose money?

Hi, my question is if a buyer reports to eBay about an account being hacked what measures do eBay take, i.e do they look into it or just take their word. I say this because I had 2 buyers say their accounts were hacked, can you lie to eBay about being hacked?

How do I have an ebay UK advert removed for using my photos without my permission? There are no relevant support options to report it. They bought my Yamaha jet ski a few weeks ago, and are now using my text & photos to sell it, & as they have just cut and pasted my description text they are making out that it is they who have owned it for years. (which they clearly haven't as they have only just bought it off me!)
