I've been waiting for an item I bought which hasn't arrived the seller isn't answering any messages I'm really fed up as this was a gift and the occasion now gone how do I contact eBay to speed the process up with them to get my money back I'm out of pocket and no gift either

As soon as past the delivery date, you open a NOT RECEIVED CASE. Seller has3 days to refund if not you escalate to ebay.

Everything like this you do yourself there is no need to contact ebay when the information is readily available. That is what the Money Back Guarantee is for, top right of every listing, BUT no one seems to read it.
