Hello i sold an item. Сustomer received it (RR900181378LV ) here is the tracking number. But the refund from the customer is still open. I told him to close the refund because he received the item. If he is not responding to me, what can i do ? And how to not lose money?
Only the buyer can close, but did you enter Tracking on Ebay? If it shows as delivered that should protect you against the buyer escalating the Not Received case.
Has your Buyer opened an EBay Case for Item Not Received? Just add your Tracking Number in there and into the Hub under Sale Summary.
