My account has not been hacked. I want my account to be reactivated.

It may not be hacked,  but eBay need you to verify you are the account holder as this account has not been used for selling for a long time,  and dormant accounts are used fraudulently,  by hackers.  Sudden selling activity raises red flags to eBay.
