Hi, Someone please help as the Ebay Customer Service people haven't got a clue what's going on!   I have an Ebay sellers account already. I last listed and sold an item in 2012. I received payment via Paypal. I am a private seller and NOT a business.   I now have loads of stuff to sell but when I complete the Ebay selling template, at the end, it doesn't give me the option of how I want people to pay. The default (which cannot be changed) is for Ebay Managed Payments. I do not have this and aparently I cannot sign up for it at the moment. I cannot select Paypal either.   Can I still sell my items on Ebay and if so, what will happen to the payments that my buyers make for my items? Where will it go and how/when will it get to me?   Ebay were no help whatsoever in answering any of my questions and the automated help pages on line just go round in circles. It's a nightmare! ... I was talking to chat for some time and kept getting messages from them to hang on will take another 2 mins.  so fine quite happy to wait. I have an item on auction.   buyer made a best off of £32 but this was autodeclined before 23 hrs up and same buyer then made a bid on site for £14.95.   why was offer closed ?  seems you can make  ahigh offer then put in a lower bid which cancels your higher offer.  Am I right & how is this good business for either Ebay or me?   thanks ... Hi. I recently purchased a paddle for a kayak and the company sent me the wrong size.  I messaged them and they replied apologising and sent a return label. The item was posted last Monday and since then they have gone silent. How do I approach this. Ebay trouble shooting seems a bit biast towards the seller.
