Hi. I recently purchased a paddle for a kayak and the company sent me the wrong size.
I messaged them and they replied apologising and sent a return label. The item was posted last Monday and since then they have gone silent. How do I approach this. Ebay trouble shooting seems a bit biast towards the seller. It's impossible to phone directly which is totally inexcusable.
You messaged them. DId you open a not as described dispute in the resolution centre
as that is how you deal with it.
You return the item and once the seller has it back then they refund
You have to do it through a dispute and put the tracking of the return onto the dispute
As long as it says Delivered or Attempted delivery then you get your money back
If they sent a label did it have a tracking number
