You have to update your information with a bank card

If you have not done that then you can not sell on ebay

If you did it correctly then you should have a confirmation email in your My ebay messages

You could try this. Ebay dont usually do emails but it did work for at least one member who was having card problems.customerhelp_uk@ebay.com do come back and let us know if it works.
