Someone please help as the Ebay Customer Service people haven't got a clue what's going on!
I have an Ebay sellers account already. I last listed and sold an item in 2012. I received payment via Paypal. I am a private seller and NOT a business.
I now have loads of stuff to sell but when I complete the Ebay selling template, at the end, it doesn't give me the option of how I want people to pay. The default (which cannot be changed) is for Ebay Managed Payments. I do not have this and aparently I cannot sign up for it at the moment. I cannot select Paypal either.
Can I still sell my items on Ebay and if so, what will happen to the payments that my buyers make for my items? Where will it go and how/when will it get to me?
Ebay were no help whatsoever in answering any of my questions and the automated help pages on line just go round in circles. It's a nightmare!
