I wanted to tell ebay about crushed package delivered by the GSP, but it seems impossible to give ebay or their GSP feedback.     I sold an item to a person and sent it via the GSP. This was (positive) feedback from buyer.  "Package arrived semi crushed, but because of the sender's careful packing, the figures were in perfect shape.
