Wanted to tell ebay about crushed package delivered by the GSP

I wanted to tell ebay about crushed package delivered by the GSP, but it seems impossible to give ebay or their GSP feedback.

I sold an item to a person and sent it via the GSP. This was (positive) feedback from buyer.

"Package arrived semi crushed, but because of the sender's careful packing, the figures were in perfect shape. Well done, that man!"

ebay need to know about this, because otherwise they will assume their GSP delivery is perfect.

There is always a risk of parcels being damaged, whether in national or international transit. Far from criticising eBay's global shipping, your experience shows that it's working well.

It won't have been the seller's good packing that saved the day. EBay, not the seller, is responsible for refunding the buyer if an item is damaged during the international delivery. Items are routinely repacked at eBay's reshipping hub before the international delivery. For once it's all credit to the GSP!

I am sure ebay know the system is not perfect but there is no way to report

Well done to you for the good packaging but that is what all sellers should do

Items need to be packed for earthquakes.

If the items had been broken then ebay would know when they opened a not as described dispute
