Has anyone had any experience of claiming on 12 month warranty given by Onemoremobile for a refurbished phone? I bought Iphone X in Dec 2020 with a 12 month warranty and a fault has developed on the charging port but can't get either an email or telephone response from Onemoremobile as yet. Any suggestions please?

Warranties are very hard to enforce.
If you cant get them to respond and they are a business in the Uk then contact Citizens advice for their help
You may have rights under UK law
If they are overseas the nothing you can do
You may be able to do something through a card if you paid that way but CS will advise
