We've out that Grace isn't feeling too good as she's got a water infection and she's on antibiotics.  I will ring her mum up later to see how she is.  Bless her.  Just hope that she's alright.

Just spoken to Steph and she said that Grace is fine in herself.  She's been brilliant over the toilet training and she will tell you when she needs to go.  It's just that over the last few days, she not been able to get to the toilet quickly enough.  When I was talking to Steph, I could here Grace in the background chattering away.  I'm just hoping that the antibiotics do their stuff before she goes back to the doctor in 10 days time.  We'll be seeing her on Saturday so we'll see how she is then.

Hope that you manage to get your robin sorted soon CB.  Have you had your date yet to have your hoof done?  Let's hope that you can have sorted soon.

Good morning all.

Glad you other hoof is being done CB and that your problem can be treated with cream Books.

Sorry I haven't been around much lately - was away for two weeks with FIL, which was very hard work, then straight back to work. Yesterday FIL saw the Consultant about his cancer - no real news, just wait and see if the treatment has been successful.

He then had as assessment for his dementia, and has been diagnosed with Alzheimers.

Will need scans and blood tests to determine what type and how bad, but at least we have a diagnosis now.

Then had a 2 hour meeting with his care provider to write a care plan, so a very full on day,

Will now have to wait and see how he goes.

Very wearing on you & your hubby Mags but getting the diagnosis is a good result as far as getting more help is concerned.

Thanks both of you.

(((((Learning))))) You do need to have some 'me time'. I know that from experience due to my mum's heart problems.  Don't forget though Mags, we are all here for you.
