Hope it all goes well CB, I'm a matyr to cramp (as was my dad so I wonder if it's inherited), I've been known to wake from a deep sleep & throw myself out of bed virtually screaming with it in my calf muscle & often get in my foot if I wear flat shoes, & the slightest stretch for something (often done as Tesco stick everything to high for little 5ft me!) leaves me in agony as my side & back goes into spasm, I enve those who've never had cramp but I'm sure most have had other things that I'd rather not have.

Get well the feet (CB & Learning) & the hands (Merc & Stan)

Snap gina, it's amazing how quick you can get out of bed when you've got cramp isn't it, you're out before your eyes are open!:^O

Re cramp - try putting a cork in the bottom of your bed - it really works 😮

No idea why but I know several people who do it.

Ooh CB that must be awful! Cramp is second only to toothache. 😞 just make sure your hoof varnish is sludge blue too and you'll be fine (on the other hoof obviously). Still raining here and now I want to go home 😞 better forecast for tomorrow so I'm going to go for broke and leave the sun cream off. If its carp again OH will have to 'entertain me' 🙂

Were just back from a night at the theatre, it was good & fun but as is usual with Ackbourn plays ...... slightly weird in places :^O

Go easy re-suncream tomorrow Huggles, even if cloudy you can still burn ........ let Hubby entertain you instead 😉

haven't heard from the hozzy yet so they must be busy..no suprises there then, they have to send the bloods 20miles away to another hospital for testing...;\????

I had pain from 4am today until now, is that too long for crampy pains to last?

Sorry your foot is giving you trouble though Captain,are you still stir crazy or have you found ways to entertain yourself like hiding the tv remote from o/h and seeing how stressed he gets searching for it or leaving your knitting kneedles poking upwards on the chair he likes to relax in ]:)B-)

CB..that hoof of yours sounds worrying..I don't think cramp would last that long, but at least if the pain's away, that's a good sign :-x

I take stumpy to hosp tomorrow, to get me stitching unpicked...the graft looks good, but there are hunners of stitches ((gulp )) I guess my Plastic Surgeon was trying to do an attractive job ?:|

I still can barely look at it..& I'm a nurse!!  It's oggible  😞
