Re: THE FHG SEWING THREAD :-D

its definately a new layout,

the whole landing page is different, so they must be trialling it, im on IE and it all runs smoothly.

but they have stuck the community tab, right at the very bottom of the page, where its easily missed.:-(

i cant get firefox to work anymore on ebay, so i have to use IE or chrome...... and i loves firefox

Re: THE FHG SEWING THREAD :-D

i guess the rest of us all have the new layout to come then?

i have mine set up so when i open chrome, my mail, FHG and 2 other tabs automatically open on the same page

maybe do that save rummaging around on the homepage?

Re: THE FHG SEWING THREAD :-D

I am the same Merlin. When I log on my forum & group pages open up automattically. I never need to use the home page. No problems here & I use Chrome.:-)

Re: THE FHG SEWING THREAD :-D

chrome seems fine for me for the most part

couple of sites it doesnt like, well, no, thats not true

my security seems to flag more sites when i use chrome

not complaining, i just dont understand why

i dont know if i am being over cautious, sites i went on before, i no longer do because of the warning

it also highlights words (randomly it seems)

in your post maggie, its highlighted in ornage writing and underlined the word log and open

no idea why

Re: THE FHG SEWING THREAD :-D

How odd. Mine underlines spelling mistakes. Mine flagged up BT as being an insecure site the other day!

Re: THE FHG SEWING THREAD :-D

Mine doesn't do any of these strange things.  I'm on chrome.  I'll go onto the other one and have a gander.

Re: THE FHG SEWING THREAD :-D

Ermmm, welllll, they're not very well written imo BUT after reading the 1st one, I wanted to know what happened so can't be all that bad:^O and they're definately for the mature female reader, men don't get it and younger women just flip thru to read the rood bits:|

I know, MissH has done exactly that:^O

Not my sort of books at all really, I'm more of a Patricia Cornwell/John Connolly kida gal, but I would say they are worth a read:-D

Let me know and I'll post em to you:-D
