how long have you got gems?

short version..


this bloke called Fibonacci did some calculation based on breedin bunnies..

and came up with a sequence...

1, 1 ,2 ,3 ,5 , 8 ,13, 21, 34....

each number is added to the previous one to get the next one..

Evening Ladies.

Been in town today for a medical appointment, so had to do a bit of shopping when I was there 😉

Spent some of my Christmas money on boots and a necklace, and may have bought a few crafty bits, including wool and bamboo needles too ]:)

Fibonacci sequence part 2..


well.. its been discovered that the numbers in this sequence crop up again and again in nature..

if you take the head of a sunflower.. the number of seeds in each spiral will be in the sequence.. as will the total number..


turn a pine upside down and count the pattern.. that will be in the sequence too..


take a pineapple.. that will have 8 diagonals in one direction.. and 13 in the other..

Waves ........... I'm just back from having a little drinkys 😄

Looks like we were all helpers at school at sometime, I did 2 yrs at nursery 1 day a week ( even got put on the books as a relief nursery worker to cover staff sickness .... I think I did about 4 days paid work as no one was ever ill :^O)
Then I did 3 yrs with yr2s just half a day a week, I loved it.

Do I need to google what Merlin said ............ or am I best not too 😐  is Merlin maybe not quite as good as she says she is :^O
