There is a lot of work in them so I will se how these go first before I make any rash offers! lol What a beautiful day it is here. Walking up to get my hair cut this morning & then I have some container plants to put in.

I can't have a wall hanging - have run out of wall and it would be a sin to hang it somewhere it would not be a 'focus'.

Back from hossie after having "the hole" washed out again. I am shattered, so have taken pain killers and I'm hopeing to be asleep very soon.

It's been a lovely day weatherwise here today.  I've gone into wearing my cropped pants and matching T shirts.  They've forecast nice weather for us again for the next couple of days so let's hope that they are right.

Chris, ooooh you sound swish with your cropped pants!! I look like an old Victorian gardener when I've been in the garden....baggy pants and rotten hahahaha. I never seem to be able to garden cleanly.

I did some gardening this afternoon but I find that if I put latex gloves on but my hands still get dirty.  

I must admit that I love summer 'cos I've got quite a few pairs of cropped pants and at least two T shirts to go with each pair of cropped pants.  My mum said this morning that I needed some more tops.  I said oh good.  Mum's response was not really there's a drawerful of tops there.  Mean isn't she?

I have ruined that many t shirts in the garden I've lost count!

We put the swing up today, so I've been out there this afternoon swinging away having a lovely time....in the total silence, just the dickie birds twittering on, it was fab...

Glad that you had a swinging good time this afternoon CB. I did some gardening at the front this afternoon.  As soon as I start gardening, my mum normally decides that she'll do some gardening as well.  I daren't do too much because my mum will stay out as long as me so I've got to do it in bits and get my mother in for a rest.

it's the bending down that does it..oooh me back, I tell you as you get older the floor is further away and there's always an extra step on the stairs!!!!

Afternoon all.  I love gardening but I can't kneel down because my knees are so bad and I'd be off into outer space if I tried to kneel.  Gardening is backbreaking but I still love it.

I got my bedding changed earlier and the sheets have more or less dried and they've only been outside for all on an hour.

how true Ed. We went to dig up a peony from a friends house today, they hate them and I love them. A gorgeous red one it was, OH got most of the tuber up but I've planted it up so just keep your fingers crossed that it takes, as they get the hump when you move them.

I took the flowers off it so as not to stress the plant too much, they're here in the lounge, and they look fab!

I love peonies, but they don't grow here, I have tried and tried, I think they just rot in the ground.  At the last house we had I had pink, red and white ones, beautiful.
