Re: THE FHG SEWING THREAD :-D

Lovely makes. Nothing to show you here at the moment. I have been finishing off some Days for Girls stuff & bimbling about really. My knee is a bit easier today which is good.

Re: THE FHG SEWING THREAD :-D

Did you do something to your knee Maggie or did it just come on for no reason?

Lovely mermaid Ruth and cute little bags cookie, I've been instructed 'No chocolate' for at least two of the grandchildren this Easter as they still have tons left from Christmas!!

I made a skirt for my daughter.  It's not too good as it was my first make entirely on the overlocker!

Re: THE FHG SEWING THREAD :-D

Lovely skirt CG.I had a bad fall onto my knees last year but it's only just got to the point of being this painful. I am guessing it's connected to the fall anyway. It is worse after I have been driving or walking. No idea what the problem is as the pain is at the side & back of the knee & down my calf.

Re: THE FHG SEWING THREAD :-D

Could well be from the fall.  I had a fall (no, not the wine, slipped on a wet floor!) and hurt the top of my arm.  It took a while to get better, a year before I could lift it up to the side of me, and now, some 6 or more years later it really hurts sometimes!!

Also, the position of the pain compared to where you actually hit it probably has no bearing.  When my hip was bad the pain was in the groin, not on the outside of the hip, where you might expect it.

Hope they can find the solution. Smiley Happy

Me too. All my joints are beginning to play me up as I get older.

Re: THE FHG SEWING THREAD :-D

Afternoon all.  Love all the makes.  I've not made anything for me lately so sorry, I can't put any photos on.

Hope that knee soon feels better Maggie. I know what you mean about pain being better than the alternative CG.  My mum and I always say that you couldn't get a decent out the pair of us put together.
