I have the serewdrivers Stroppy but not the screws. I paid almost £500 for them in September & I was not going to do them myself! I have spare glasses.  They are all better now.

Sorry if I'm a bit hit and miss with posting ATM but am keeping up with all the ongoings.

Mr S is back in liverpool as the defib has been activated a few times so am back and too plus am having to clear up as dingle burst its banks and looks set too yet again when the forecasted rain hits so am sand bagging the 2 houses and moving every thing possible upstairs or on to bricks.

Hope every one else is staying dry and are as well as possible , and will hopefully have a little more time later to catch up properly

I am getting sorted for the family to arrive this afternoon. My Asda order came. I asked for a small lamb joint, about £6. The put in a huge leg & charged me nearly £14 for it so I phoned & said I couldn't afford that so they gave me my money back & said to keep the lamb! We have leg of lamb for Christmas....it's a whopper!

If it wasn't for the wind it would be a gorgeous day here.

If we dont' have the size you want and we put in a bigger piece Maggie, you only get charged for the small one. Also if we have to sub something with a better item you get charged for the cheaper one. Ooooh goodie though, lovely leg of lamb, I love lamb.

Lovely, my favourite roast & so expensive at the moment. I use tons of mint sauce

Must admit that I like lamb with lashings of mint sauce.  You can't beat it especially if you have some of Captain Bovine's apple crumble.

They usually do sub it but this time I was charged. Good result though!

Just been to get my hair done as were going out tonight ..its our 40th wedding anniversary today  dont expect to get a Ruby though LOL

You never know pcc.  We'd only just managed to swap cards in previous years, the same on our ruby wedding, then suddenly it was a meal out and a sapphire on our 45th!

Thanks everyone ,we are going to a French restaurant we use a lot so know its OK , no curry on the menu I don't like it anyway
