Re: THE FHG SEWING THREAD :-D

Thanks Stan.  Steph has had her dress since well before Christmas last year and she had to have it taken in twice.  Grace's singing was good and everyone had a good laugh and went awwwwww.

Re: THE FHG SEWING THREAD :-D

Thanks Towery.  The weather was fine all day.  In fact when, when we left for home, the temperature was 21 degrees and that was at about 10.30.  Graham was nervous about making his speech at the reception and Steph was nervous about saying her vows.

Re: THE FHG SEWING THREAD :-D

I'm bored and fed up, longing to get out in the fresh air, but I'm better than I have been - I was allowed to have a shower this morning. Hopefully the infection count will start to come down.

Have finally given in and signed the consent form for them to open up "the hole" again, just waiting for a theatre slot.

Re: THE FHG SEWING THREAD :-D

Just spoken to Steph's mum and she said that she'll bring Grace up next Saturday.  Steph and Graham go on their honeymoon tomorrow.  Graham's mum is taking Grace to her caravan in Wales tomorrow until Friday and then Steph's mum having her until Steph and Graham get back.  Steph's did ask did we mind her bringing Grace up to see us.  Is the Pope a Catholic?  Of course we want to see her. She's a little treasure.  She will, I have no doubt want to take over my bedroom 'cos she loves my room.

Re: THE FHG SEWING THREAD :-D

Morning all.  Hope that everyone is as well as can be expected.  It's rather dull and cloudy here at the moment.  Just wish that my right hand would type the letters in here that I want.  Mind you, I'm still shattered after Saturday.

Hugs to all that need them.

Re: THE FHG SEWING THREAD :-D

Off to fracture clinic today, hopefully to get discharged as foot feels perfect (but expected to get disharged last time & they still rebooked me) then this weekend I'm away for the London weekend that I was due to have the week that I broke my foot. Luckily all the places that we had booked allowed me to re-arrange our bookings at the time so we didn't lose any of the money.Just got to take it easy this week, don't want to incur anymore injuries.

Re: THE FHG SEWING THREAD :-D

It's that back to front sewing machine again! lol Pretty dull here again but mild. I left my washing out last night as it wasn't dry. It's blowing a little bit today. There wasn't a breath of wind yesterday which is unusual so close to the sea. I have to go to the PO & pop in the Co-op biut then I will be sewing too.

Re: THE FHG SEWING THREAD :-D

Afternoon all. It's a bit cloudy here at the moment.  We did a bit of rain this morning but not a lot.  My mum hadn't been out and didn't realise it was raining.  Been doing some knitting this afternoon.  I'm still tired after Saturday.  Steph and Graham are going on their honeymoon tonight.  Graham's mum has taken Grace to Wales today until Friday.  That should be fun.  Grace loves her granny though.

Re: THE FHG SEWING THREAD :-D

Hello! Cold and rainy here too......well OK it's not but you don't want to hear about it do you. Wish I'd bought some knitting. We haven't done anything yet and I'm stiff from sitting still. Waiting for the garage to bring the new wheel for the car back then we can go to Siena tomorrow.
