Well now I'm totally confused!

Gradually getting things sorted. 
Community alarm installed
Council vetted cleaner hopefully starting next week
Doctor at the hospital promised a letter citing an interim diagnosis of Dementia and referred us to GP to start the process of a full assessment.
(Letter hasn't arrived yet but I'm being hopeful)

OH took FIL to his GP today with a list of questions.
This is where it gets confusing..
GP has said that FIL has STAGE IV cancer, but we were specifically told that it hadn't spread!
GP has agreed to sign a DS1500 on the basis of this diagnosis, but said that they can't provide the form? The notes and every website I've checked says that you get the form from a GP or Consultant - anyone know where I can get one or download a copy please? 

On a positive note, after the appointment re a cleaner, I managed to have my hair done and meet my sister for lunch and a spot of shopping.

CK,  the only thing i can say is that the young are stupid and will learn from thier mistakes

babies dont wish for anything, and dont know whats nice and what isnt

as long as they have a full tummy , a clean  bum and someone paying them attention  they could live without most of what mummys think are  nice

Learning,  i had a quick google and all i could see were for the forms to come from the docs

try ringing the PCT  tomorrow ask their advice

Honestly, Learning.  I'm not surprised you're confused and confuddled.  I know I would be.

The grazes on mum's back are bothering her a bit so I'll have to keep an eye on her.  They were brilliant at the walk in centre and said that if there were any problems to take her back.  If I go out in the morning, she'll be banned from the greenhouse at least until I get back.  As luck would have it, we do have very good neighbours and if there was a problem whilst I was out, they'd be round like a shot.

my 6 day holiday is nearly over, I can't believe how quick it's gone. I'm already working out when my next day off will be!!!

Morning all.  Hope that everyone slept well.  I did. The weather here is wet and horrible.  Yesterday, it was nice up to about 6pm when we had some rain.  At least, it's cooler than it was last month.  Going out for a drink with my dad at lunchtime and my mum's banned from the greenhouse for obvious reasons.

Hope that everyone is as well as can be expected.  Hugs to all that need them.

Dentist this afternoon.  Just a check up but I know I'll need at least two fillings.  I'd rather have my hip done again, I hate dentists!

hi all cg i am of to the dentist today have to have two teeth out and added on to my plate.he took the plate yesterday to put new teeth on and will take the other ones out this afternoon.

my dentist is very very good and understanding of my problems .so i do not mind going to see him.
