Deno (proper name De Novo) was adopted by FHG posters in 2005 when one of them, Shebalator, rescued him from slaughter.
Then - 700lbs underweight with a broken jaw and multiple other ills.
2008 - still struggling with sarcoids but finally fit enough to have a light rider up for the first time so he could
join his mates on a jaunt round the local lanes
2009 - due to sheb’s declining health, a new home was sought for Deno.
A very brave ebayer named upthecreekyetagain ( very apt name I think you will agree) agreed to take him on.
So, now Deno lives in Surrey with the Creeky family, plus 3 lovely mares. He has 5 acres of grass and orchards to roam in and is very happy.
His sarcoids still remain a problem, but a new vet is investigating them further to decide on the best course of palliative care.
Visits can be arranged, please contact Creeky for more info.
Deno is reliant on fundraising and donations for his food, medicines and all the things that make his world that bit nicer.

good evening all,
did i spy a missy goth up there somewhere, sneaky little madam!!
well, life at gothic towers continues on at a mad pace,
what with flower shows and horse shows, ( trophies from the former, lots of rossettes from the latter) and continuing probs with mum, pooter time has been very short.
buuuuuttttttttttttt
things are on the up, mum does seem to finally be settled in her nursing home which is a great worry off my mind.

wenna and the fat white pony did indeed get to be on the southwest team for the inter regionals, and not only did they get a very impressive grade one, ( highest grade available) but thier score helped the team to victory, we had a fab weekend near malboruogh, with a fab crowd of people.

wenna has now been asked if she is willing to put her name on the short list for the england team at the home inter national to be held in wales at the end of september, hoping that we might be able to meet up with welshtoff and anyone else nearby.
sadly we won't be able to make the meet as i will be frightening kids on ponies that weekend for the pony club!!
but hoping that everyone will have a fab time.

lovely to see all the horses looking good, can now view the webcam thingy on wenna's lappie.
and nice to see a few more posters on this thread, once life calms down i will try and do a new thread, hopefully this side of the end of the century!!
