Buyer not receiving my replies to their Messages

Buyer has payed for and received my item.

They have massaged me asking some questions. To which I replied.

They have again messaged to say they have not received a response and are considering askin for a refund.

I again replied but have received nothing further.

Any advice?

If you post in Discussion > Selling you will receive a quicker reply.

If this were me, and the questions or tone became unreasonable, I would answer only once. Then I would add the Buyer to my Blocked List. Within a Return Case I would respond appropriately. Since you are a Private Seller it is okay to ignore messages when they are not practical.
