At the moment there is a red banner placed in your account, if you click on it where it says "Update account details" it will give you the option to update your account details, and it should save. If that's not working for you, it is probably because some of the information does not match or is wrong, in that case you would need to contact our support team here, so they can help you get that resolved.

Could someone confirm if the RM postage label format which is generated from the bulk sending is in the process of changing?
From time to time I get a mixture of formats (see pic).
I quite like the new format as it has slightly larger text but couldn't understand why I would get a mixture?

The shipping team came back to me on this one.
We are currently upgrading Royal Mail services to reduce issues with label creation. The new technical solution is being rolled out gradually and this is why you are seeing differences in the label layouts. Both versions are valid and accepted by the carrier.
