Item labelled as received, including some strange picture as a proof but I never received it. Evri apparently investigates it for over two weeks now and seller refused to send refund, instead opened case against me which was closed as soon as it was opened, with no eligibility for refund.

Seller refused to send a refund because as far as they are concerned it was delivered.

cant say why they opened a case 

The proof seller has is from evri, so they get a case for a delivered item they then report you for making a false claim, possibly.
