Seller won’t cancel my cancellation request

I bought some bag by accident which then turned out to be fake after being authenticated through pictures and then now the seller isn’t posting it because it most likely doesn’t exist as they've relisted the same bag with the same pictures and for a higher price.

 

But because I tried to cancel the order I can’t now report him for the item not turning up. It said give it 2/3 days for the cancellation to go through, that was the 22nd July, it’s now the 28th July. So at the moment I’m just stuck because I can’t report to get my money back or anything until the seller (who’s ignoring every message) cancels the request. 

Any ideas anyone of what to do?

Seller won’t cancel my cancellation request

Did you receive an email when you requested cancellation?

It should say something like this:

"We've informed the seller that you'd like to cancel this order.

You should hear back from the seller by 28 Jul, 2025."

 

I think they either have 5 days (or possibly 3 work days excluding the weekend).
