Seller in SWINDON

Good morning all,  I am having great problems with Seller in Swindon

I purchased  HIFI from them wrong items sent, returned it, they sent replacement which broke down within 24 hours, i returned it weeks ago and cannot get a response  from them or from EBAY.

Any help would be appreciated

If it's still within 30 days of the delivery date click on "Return this item" on right of your order in Purchases and select "Doesn't match description" as the reason.

If it's more than 30 days it's too late to do anything via ebay but contact your payment provider and see if they can help.   If you used Paypal or similar, or your credit card you should be OK.

The moderators on this board will ( have)  remove(d)  that seller's name,  as you cannot name and shame on here.

Hi they have not removed but say i cant claim but it has been going on for weeks and EBAY have closed the resolution

That's because it's only the first purchase that has ebay money back guarantee protection, not the replacement. 

So if it's more than 30 days from delivery of the first item any case you open will be shut.  Even if opened in time,  it will close if you don't actively escalate it.
