Yes the QR code will contain the seller's return address. You need to either scan it yourself to print the label or take it to the post office for them to scan.

Have you opened a return case on ebay? If so, you should have had message from eBay showing the return status and I think a return postage label to print off which should have the sellers address? If you have only contacted/ messaged the seller then you have not " started" a return.
As for hurtful comments - personally I would not engage with them.

Contact eBay, they can see all your messages and take appropriate steps against the seller if they are being abusive. Or simply report the message (click the 3 dots top right of the message) and follow the steps.

I am going to repeat my message from below as it appears I did not hit the reply button for you to see...

Thank you. Yes, I have started a return request and I have received a QR code. Does that QR code contain the seller's return address? I wasn't sure...

You can normally choose to be emailed the actual postage label with address if you have a printer at home.

If you have opened a return request then the seller has 3 full business days in which to respond and provide a prepaid return label or refund. If they don't then you will be given the option to 'Ask eBay to step in and help' on day 4.
Return labels are usually for Royal Mail so you would need to take it to your nearest Post Office or arrange a collection using Royal Mail's website.
