Problem with refund

I bought jacket but it was too small. I reported problem to seller and the seller told me to send item back to china on my own costs. I did this and sent him confirmation but he told me he never received this item. I texted him plenty of times but still nothing. I think he does not want to refund money. The order number is ES10129930805640001010001C0N. Please help me to get refund

I did but I had to wait for respond from seller and case was closed

It's has timed out, at this point you will need to get CS to call you.

Click the link to get a call back although it is often better early morning, you will get the Dublin call centre who will make more sense to you. 

Lines open between 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. on weekdays.

9 a.m. to 6 p.m. on weekends.

I recommend contacting CS very first thing in the morning, when the lines first open, as there's more chance of Dublin answering.

Never wait for the seller to respond, once 3 days have passed escalate the case at the first opportunity.
